Questions

good to know

What does it pay?

All the roles we're hiring for start from £14 per hour, depending on the role and experience.

Do I need experience?

Not for every role. We give full training for cleaning, housekeeping and guest support. Maintenance roles need some trade or handyman experience.

Am I employed or self-employed?

Employed. Every member of the Bnbly team is employed directly by us. We don't use agencies or subcontract our core work.

Do I need a CV?

No. If you don't have one, tell us a bit about yourself in the form and we'll take it from there.

What hours can I work?

We have full-time, part-time and flexible roles. Holiday let changeovers are busiest around weekends and school holidays, and engineers share an on-call rota for evenings and nights.

When does the Blackpool hotel open?

The hotel opens in February 2027. We're recruiting now so the team is ready in time.

How soon will I hear back?

We aim to get back to every applicant as quickly as possible. If your application is a good fit, we'll call you to arrange a chat.
